Who we are.
Lumics is a management consultancy that focuses on implementation. As a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik AG and the strategy consultancy McKinsey & Co. Inc. we combine technical expertise with sound management competence. Strong practitioners and experienced consultants work hand in hand with us to improve the processes in your company.
What we do.
We are process professionals: We develop, implement and stabilize individual solutions for our customers to optimize their workflows. The focus is on the implementation of sustainable lean management concepts. We pave the way to lean processes and top performance in your company.
How we do it.
Our consulting approach is based on comprehensive coaching of employees. For this, we also go to the shop floor. We inspire mechanics and technicians to change. We promote the dialog between employees and managers, reduce resistance and give each individual the opportunity to participate.
